Nocturnal suggested creating a web store front which would allow customers to rent online. There was no way to connect with their inventory/WMS. Nocturnal designed an extremely friendly user interface and architected a solution with developers to create and implement web services giving customers real time inventory, availability, and seamlessly integrate with the WMS. The automation of the process resulted in a streamlined sales process formerly handled manually by sales associates. It is the first online rental web storefront in the backdrop/drapery rental vertical.
